I lived in the same house in Berkeley, California for the first eighteen years of my life. A few years ago I moved to Boston for school, where I learned how to survive (kind of) in the snow, move every six months and in turn I became fixated on distance. Still infatuated with the coast and never faultering in my love of words, I wrote and recorded an EP, the dorm drafts, after my first year there. Now I bounce back and forth between the two cities, working on my next (equally moody and wordy) EP.
